    To help you plan your day out at The Essex Festive Gift & Food Show, we have compiled a list of our most frequently asked visitor questions.

    COVID-19 FAQS


    Why have you changed the dates of the 2020 show?
    In light of the recent Government annoucements regarding mass gatherings and social distancing, we have postponed the Essex Festive Gift & Food Show to new dates after the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak. For more information, please click here.

    What were the original dates, and what are the new dates?
    The show was originally set to take place on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th November 2020. The Essex Festive Gift & Food Show will now be running on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th November 2021.

    When will the 2021 tickets go on sale?
    Tickets for our 2021 show are not yet on sale but as soon as they are we will make an announcement on our social media and on our website. If you have a problem with your ticket booking or would like to speak to someone about your tickets, please contact our ticket support team at RedBox who will be able to assist you.     GENERAL FAQS


    Can tickets only be used on the day selected?

    Yes, tickets must be booked for the day you plan to attend the show and can only be used on the day you have booked for (Sunday tickets cannot be used on Saturday, for example). If you are unable to print the tickets, we do also accept viewing on smartphones.

    Can I book my tickets online?

    Tickets can be booked in advance on our website by clicking here. Alternatively you can purchase tickets on the day of the show at our Box Office, which will be situated at the entrance to the show. However we advise booking tickets in advance to take advantage of the discounted pre-booking rate as tickets on the gate will be subject to availability. For full ticket prices click here.
     

    I CAN’T FIND MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL

    If you’ve deleted your email confirmation or just can’t find it you can have it resent to the original email address used. Click Here and go to the bottom of the page and click on resend my email, follow the instructions to have your email resent.

    I’M HAVING TROUBLE BOOKING TICKETS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

    If you have a ticket enquiry, please email support@yourticketbooking.com or call 0333 242 7912. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at 7p per minute plus any network charges from your supplier. On show days, please call the customer support number on 0333 242 7913.  Lines will be open from 8am to 11am.  

    CAN I BOOK TICKETS OVER THE PHONE?

    Yes, the number to call is 0333 242 7912. Lines are open Monday – Friday between 9am and 5pm excluding Bank Holidays. Calls are charged at 7p per minute plus any network charges from your supplier. 

    WHAT ARE THE NEW VIP TICKETS?

    Our VIP tickets offer early access to the show (from 9am). These tickets are strictly limited to ensure a comfortable shopping experience. For more details and to book, click here.

    Is there an additional charge for parking?

    No, parking at The Brentwood Centre is free for visitors. There are plenty of car parking spaces available, some hard-standing and the remainder on grass.

    How far is the car park from the show entrance?

    The main car park is just a few minutes walk to the entrance.

    Are there parking facilities for those who need accessibility?

    Yes. The spaces are as close as possible to the entrance at the show. Please ask staff on arrival and they will direct you to these spaces.

    Do you have a concession for carers?

    Yes, we offer free entry for carers. You will need to book tickets for everyone else in your group but the carer/s will receive complimentary entry. Just let the team on the gate know and they will arrange entry.
     

    Are dogs allowed?

    Dogs are not permitted inside The Brentwood Centre. Guide dogs for the blind or for the hard of hearing are, however, welcome in all areas. 

    Are buggies and pushchairs permitted at the show?

    Due to regulations, pushchairs and buggies cannot be taken into the Essex Festive Gift & Food Show at the Brentwood Centre. However, NEW FOR 2019, customers are welcome to use our FREE Buggy Park for your comfort and enjoyment. On arrival, please follow the signs to the Buggy Park and our team will be able to assist you.

    CAN I ENTER THE SHOW MORE THAN ONCE DURING MY VISIT?

    Yes, we will issue hand stamps for anyone wishing to return throughout the day of their visit.

    IS THERE A CASH POINT AT THE SHOW?

    Yes, there is a cashpoint inside The Brentwood Centre, however we advise bringing cash with you in case it is out of order on the day of the event.

    I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND. CAN I GET A REFUND?

    All tickets are non-refundable.

     

     


    Whilst we advertise events, activities and entertainments we will not be held responsible for the failure of any events, activity and/or entertainment being available or the quality of any of the events, activities or entertainments. Failure of any of these to please cannot be held as a reason for refund.

Visitors are reminded that the terrain outside the show may be unstable please be aware of the possibility of slips, trips and falls.
